As part of the month-long city-wide celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, we spoke last week to a packed house in the Grand Ballroom of the Roosevelt Hotel alongside Clio King, Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel for the Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities.

The audience included executives from more than 30 New York City hotels, including the Four Seasons and the Marriott Marquis, as well as cultural and tourism organizations like the Top of the Rock and the Museum of Jewish Heritage. Our message of a growing, active and influential customer group that will reward great service with great loyalty and increasing spending resonated with attendees. We’re eager to see this message translated into action, and we know this is just the first of many such presentations to tourism organizations around the U.S.
