July marks the 25th anniversary of the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act. To celebrate the milestone, this event will focus on creating a more accessible and welcoming social environment for this increasingly visible and active consumer group. We are pleased to be joined by Victor Calise, Commissioner of the New York City Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities. The keynote presenter will be Peter Slatin of The Slatin Group, who has extensive professional and personal experience in this important topic. His training program, which emphasizes the service experience for guests with disabilities, will help you better understand and engage this growing segment of the population and its surprising economic impact.
