Sofitel NY and Plaza Leaders Receive Elements of Service Training

The Sofitel New York is one of the city’s most gracious hotels, and it is a preferred destination not only for French dignitaries, executives and tourists but also for travelers from around the world who relish its quiet bustle in the roaring heart of Midtown Manhattan.

We were thrilled to be invited to bring Elements of Service training to their leadership this winter, including Hotel Manager Marie-Paule Nowlis and Director of Security David Hamerman, who has been a long-time supporter of our program. The team was also joined by executives from its sister Accor property, the world-famous Plaza Hotel, which joined the Accor portfolio as part of the company’s acquisition of the Fairmont organization. These team leaders are enthusiastically spreading our service message to line staff at both properties, and additional training from Slatin Group will continue to reinforce lessons learned at the introductory sessions.
