Virgin Hotel San Francisco Brings in Slatin group

January 21, 2019

Days ahead of opening its new-build hotel in San Francisco and in keeping with its commitment to providing excellent service to guests with disabilities, Virgin Hotels invited Slatin Group for hold two days of Elements of Service training for the managers and line staff that it has brought on board in preparation for the launch. Virgin Hotel San Francisco is the long-awaited second property in the brand’s roll-out.

After our initial visit with the Virgin Hotels’ leadership team at their Miami HQ, they fully understood the importance of bringing our message of equal service for all, embracing the disability community throughout their portfolio–and that delivering that message must begin at the top. From CEO Raul Leal to Director of People Clio Knowles and Director of Rooms David Moth, we have welcomed Virgin’s unwavering commitment to Elements of Service and look forward to returning to San Francisco soon. VHSF General Manager Michel Notten is leading an exceptional team eager to show San Francisco its unique approach to lifestyle hospitality.

While it has taken some time to launch these first two Virgin hotels, new openings in Dallas and Nashville are not far behind. Also lined up: the Virgin Hotel New York and the mega-rebranding of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas.
