Peter Slatin Receives 2020-21 Encore Public Voices Fellowship

I’m excited and honored to join the third cohort of this unique Fellowship from Encore.org in partnership with the Op-Ed Project.
This extraordinary group of 21 advocates and experts on aging, intergenerational relationships and social justice will respond to and expand on questions of ageism and ableism as we join disability and accessibility to the discussion.
Over the next nine months and beyond, we will all be publishing op-ed pieces in media across the country, and I am looking forward to linking to every publication from the Fellows here. Stay tuned – I’m sure it won’t be long before the floodgates open.
