Peter Slatin to Join MOPD Commissioner Victor Calise at Times Center for Accessibility Panel

I’m excited to co-host New York Talks: Accessibility in our Digital and Physical World, an NYC & Co. event with Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities Commissioner Victor Calise on July 11 at the New York Times Center.
Other panelists include Matt Kaplowitz of Bridge Multimedia, Steve Goodman of Meeting Advice, Nefertiti Matos of NYPL’s Andrew Heiskell Library for the Blind, Kyle Wright from the Shubert Organization and Cindy Vandenbosch of Turnstile Tours.
This signature panel will help New York City’s tourism stakeholders understand the opportunities offered by moving past compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act to an embrace of these precepts and begin truly welcoming the growing guest population of people with disabilities of all generations at the digital, physical, and of course social level.
